I just need help to get started. I initially looked at control4 but it may be too costly for me and I prefer more DIY.
I just need help in knowing what hardware I need to purchase to get the below system running? All rooms have ethernet cat6 and I have a poe switch if that helps with anything.
This is my setup below:

Apple TV Gen 4
Intel i3 NUC with libreleec installed to run KODI
JVC X35 Projector
Pioneer SC-LX71 Receiver
Sony S350 Blu Ray Player (One of the first BD players released)
Family Room on ground floor
