SC & Home app scenes for Philipe Hue Light

Hi,
I currently use Philip hues at my apt and I was wondering if it’d be possible to add
the Scenes I’ve created in the apple home kit app to the SC home bar.
I’d very much prefer to have my scenes instead of have every light bulb listed.

So create a Homebar Scene? Sounds like exactly what you’re talking about.

Is there any way to re-arrange this order so, lights on is on top?
